REVIEW: Benefit POREfessional Face Primerr

Introduction: Today I will be reviewing the famous face primer from Benefit called the POREfessional Face Primer.

First Impressions: I first received this product as a mini sample from a TOPBOX subscription but I never got a chance to use it. Recently I found this product lying around collecting dust so I decided to give it a shot. This face primer claims to minimize the appearance of pores but I was very skeptical about the claim. This product is very lightly scented which I really like and it is almost flesh coloured.

First Application: When I first squeezed some product out and applied it to areas where I had the most pores like my nose and forehead I instantly noticed how smooth the application was. This primer effortlessly blended into my skin and left it feeling very smooth. To my surprise I also noticed my big pores have disappeared or covered up by the product. My face looked like it had a blurring filter on. This product does leave my skin looking smoother and pore free. I used to stare into the mirror for a very long time because my pores are very big by my nose. However, after discovering this product I never had the fear that my pores would show. This product is very magical.

Pros: Since I have large pores and oily skin my makeup usually cakes onto my face or it melts off. However, after using this product I felt that the need for me to blot my face in the afternoon isn't needed. I feel like this primer does a good job at blurring the face and making larger pores less noticeable. In addition, this primer has kept my oily skin from peeping out so I think this is a great product to incorporate in your makeup routine.

Final Rating: 9.5/10! This product has worked wonders for my skin. I think it is the best at keeping my oils at bay and being a good blur filter for my face.
