Introduction and First Impressions I used to use the Bioderma Sensibo water but I stopped because I couldn't justify spending so much money on a bottle of water. When I saw that Garnier came out with a micellar water at a decent price (~$8 Cdn), I decided to give it a try. The first time I used the Garnier Micellar Water, I was amazed at how easily it removed my makeup and left my face feeling refreshed and moist. I don't like it when makeup removers strip away the natural oils on my face and leaving me with dry patches but this product kept my face soft and subtle. Not only did I start using this product to remove my makeup at night but I even used this as a morning cleanser to wipe down my face as a wake me up. When I am too lazy to wash my face, this product is there for me. It just effortlessly and quickly removes everything. People may ask why would I spend so much money on a bottle of water but this water really does remove and breakdown the makeup on your face. It is also a safety blanket or an extra defense to be there to help you make sure your face is clean from the makeup and dirt and oil buildup throughout the day. I don't even remember how many bottles that I have gone through since discovering this product. I am at the end of the bottle that I am currently using right now. Not only is this good for removing makeup but at times when I am at home and my face just feels dirty or needs to be re-freshened I take a cotton pad and wipe this all over my face to give me energy.
Application I usually use this with a cotton pad from Daiso. A little bit of this will soak up the whole pad. When I get home from a long day out I wipe my whole face off with the micellar water before coming back in with a normal foaming cleanser as a double cleanse. On days where I am lazy and just too tired to go through a full face cleansing routine, I would use the micellar water twice to make sure most if not all of the makeup has been broken down and removed.
Pros/Cons
ProsThis micellar water does its job, it removes almost everything and it doesn't leave my face feeling dry or losing moisture. It has a cooling effect when used and just makes me feel refreshed and awake. My face doesn't react to this product and it doesn't give my face any tingling or burning feel.
ConsThere isn't a lot of bad things I can say about this product, however, one of the downsides is that it may not be as gentle as it claims. There are a few times where I tried to remove my eye makeup and this has gotten in my eye and it did burn. So be careful when trying to remove any makeup near or around the eye area because it will hurt.

This is absolutely great! It removes everything and doesn't dry my skin and this is just great for lazy people like myself.
